A-SSCC 2017 has arranged special rates for conference participants in the selected hotels listed below.
The Organizing Committee of A-SSCC 2017 is pleased to offer a wide range of hotels with special consideration on security, accessibility, and price.

Rooms are booked on a first-come-first-served basis, so hotel rooms and extra rooms may not be available at special rates if room blocks in each hotel are filled. It is therefore advisable to book your hotel early. Reservations must be made by October 20, 2017

- Reservation requests are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All requests for rooms require one night’s rate as a deposit.
- Please note that the credit card information will be used ONLY to guarantee your hotel reservation.
- No charge will be made to your credit card until you settle your accommodation bill when checking out.
- All accounts (room & expenses in the rooms) must be settled on the day of departure.
- Please note that telephone reservation will not be accepted.
- - Cancellations MUST be sent to the Sungwon tour agent (E-mail:sungwontour@gmail.com) in writing
- Cancellations can be made up until two week prior to arrival without penalty. (Korean Local time basis)
- No-show will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of the 1 night’s accommodation charge and will be charged to your credit card.
- All bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Please note that for administrative reasons, refunds will be made after the conference.

How to Book

1. For reservation, you should contact to the official travel agency Sungwon Tour with IWJC-Korea 2017 Hotel booking form directly. Please download the hotel booking form and send the filled form to the official travel agency Sungwon Tour of your choice by e-mail by October 20, 2017
2. Depending on the availability of rooms, rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
