It is important to read all the information on the website before you commence the registration process.
- You are required to register in A-SSCC2017 if you would like to participate.
- Please note prices quoted are in US Dollars (USD) / Korean Won (KRW) and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).
- Internet Explorer is the preferred internet platforms.
- Do not use the 'Back' button during the online registration process.
- After you complete online registration, If you wish to change the registration category or cancel your registration, please contact the Secretariat. (secretary@a-sscc2017.org).
- 1.In order to appear in the program and the proceedings, each paper requires at least one paid REGULAR registration (Non-students) by September 8, 2017 via AUTHOR REGISTRATION website.
- 2.In order to qualify for the early bird registration rate, the deadline of early bird registration deadline is September 30, 2017.
- 3. The deadline of online registration is October 31, 2017. All registration and payment received after this date will be considered as On-site Registration.

- Please note that bank charges for remittance must be paid by registrants; remaining balances should be paid on-site.

Registration and Payment Status
Credit Card
- Once full payment is completed, your payment Status will be updated immediately.
(From “Waiting” to “Paid.”)
- A Confirmation Letter will be sent immediately via email. If you do not receive one, contact the secretariat by email (secretary@a-sscc2017.org).
Bank Transfer
- Once full payment is completed, it takes 1 week for the Payment Status to be updated from "Waiting" to "Paid."
- You can check your payment status from My Page on the homepage. If not confirmed your payment status, please contact the secretariat by email (secretary@a-sscc2017.org).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (secretary@a-sscc2017.org).
- All refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons.
- Bank service charges will be deducted from all congress registration refund.
- No refund for authors
- Please note that refund will be made after the Conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below;
