After filling out the hotel reservation form online, please print out the ‘Reservation Completed’ page, then send it to the A-SSCC 2011 Secretariat by fax (+82-42-472-7459) with your credit card information to guarantee the reservation.

You will receive the confirmation letter from the A-SSCC 2011 Secretariat including your reservation number and the other specific information by E-mail. If you don’t receive the confirmation letter within a week after your hotel reservation, please contact us on hotel@a-sscc2011.org or +82-42-472-4760.
