Registration Deadlines

Please note where deadlines are given all times are GMT+08:00.

  1. In order to appear in the program and the proceedings, each paper requires at least one paid REGULAR registration (Non-students) by September 18, 2015 via AUTHOR REGISTRATION website.
  2. In order to qualify for the early bird registration rate, the deadline of early bird registration deadline is September 23, 2015.
  3. The deadline of online registration is October 31, 2015. All registration and payment received after this date will be considered as On-site Registration.

Registration Fee

  • Regular full program registration covers one banquet ticket. Student registration does NOT include banquet ticket. Printed proceedings are NOT included in the registration fees.
  • Tutorials are free for students, but the online registration for tutorials is required. After registration, students must email his/her valid status certificate (e.g. the scanned copy of student ID card or a letter certificated by the student’s supervisor) to A-SSCC2015 Secretariat before Oct. 30, 2015. Also, student is requested to show his/her valid status certificate on site during the conference.
  • Tutorial materials are NOT included for ALL tutorial registrations (Regular and Students). Purchasing tutorial materials are strongly recommended for all tutorial attendees.
  • The registration fee varies according to the date when payment is received and type of member.
    1. Regular fee includes:

      1. Admittance to the Conference Sessions
      2. Reception Dinner (Nov. 9, 2015)
      3. Banquet (Nov. 10, 2015)
      4. Coffee breaks

    2. Student fee includes:

      1. Admittance to the Conference Sessions
      2. Reception Dinner (Nov. 9, 2015)
      3. Coffee breaks

      4. * Banquet is NOT included in the Student full program registration.

    3. Tutorial Registration fee includes:

      1. Admittance to the Tutorial Session
      2. Coffee breaks

      3. * Tutorial materials are not covered in the tutorial registration fee.
        * Students attendees are required to show their valid status certificate when entering tutorial sites.

    Registration Methods

    1. Registration methods

      1. Participants are strongly requested to register for the conference via On-line Conference System. Please read the instructions on this page carefully before registration.
      2. Author registration is required to be completed via the AUTHOR REGISTRTION website.
      3. Other registration is required to be completed via NORMAL REGISTRATION website.

    2. Confirmation

      1. Confirmation of registration will be issued upon the receipt of the completed registration form and the full payment.
      2. Registrations that lack relevant supporting documents or full payment of the registration fee by the designated deadline will be altered as On-Site registration.

    3. Payment Methods

      1. Registration from countries or regions other than Mainland China is required to pay registration fees online by Credit / Debit Card.
      2. Registration from Mainland China is required to pay registration fees through wire transfer. Please follow the instruction on the online registration page to remit money to the conference account.

    4. Cancellation

      1. Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be made in writing to the A-SSCC2015 Secretariat The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:
          • Before September 30, 2015: 25% refund of prepaid fees
          • After September 30, 2015: no refund is applicable.
      2. All refunds will be processed after the conference has concluded.
